ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 52 is a versatile grease for many applications, e.g.

• rolling and plain bearings subject to high speeds and loads, also for low temperatures,
• tooth flanks in precision gears, e.g. bevel gears in milling machines, electromechanical actuators for valves,
• electric contacts and components to reduce insertion forces.

In addition, ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 152 is compatible with many plastics. ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 152 is primarily used for rolling and plain bearings, for example wheel bearings in racing cars, fan bearings, pump bearings. The grease is also suitable for plastic/ plastic or steel/plastic friction points.

Application Klüber ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52

ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 is used for high-speed rolling and plain bearings as well as for small gears subject to high loads. Due to the good compatibility with plastics the grease is suitable for plastic-plastic or metal-plastic material combinations. The low starting torque and the good wear protection make it an ideal grease for the long-term lubrication of linear motion guides and ball screws, e.g. in handling and automation technology. ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 can also be used for many automobile applications, e.g. for the lifetime lubrication of seat rails. It is suitable for components which have to be lubricated prior to dip painting and the drying process at peak temperatures of 180 °C as the lubricant remains at the friction point and provides reliable lubrication even after short thermal treatment.

CENTOPLEX HO is used for the lubrication of toothed and worm gears and for small low-power gears. It can also be used in well-sealed rolling and plain bearings with low internal clearance and operating at high speeds. Klüberpaste 46 MR 401 is especially suitable as an assembly lubricant in frictional connections and for thin-film lubrication of all friction points subject to very high pressure loads, low sliding speed, high wear, Stick-Slip and tribo-corrosion. Typical applications include: press fit assembly of pins and bolts, mounting of rolling bearings, wheels and flanges, lubrication of rolling and plain bearings operating at very low speeds. Klüberpaste 46 MR 401 is also suitable to prevent running-in damage and stick-slip in components such as threaded spindles, spline shafts, ball and socket joints and rod end bearings. Its good compatibility with plastics facilitates the lubrication of radial shaft seals (o-rings, v-rings, sealing cups) made of rubber-elastic materials for extended lifetime. Owing to the many different elastomer and plastic compositions, we recommend compatibility be checked prior to series application.
