Klübersynth MR 96-31 is used particularly for the lubrication of friction pairs involving non-polar polymers such as PP or PE, and elastomers such as EPDM. Klüberfood NH1 C 6-150 may be applied via suitable chain lubrication system. Compatibility of the lubricant with the materials of the reservoir should be checked. To attain the highest performance in curing and lacquering applications please do not hesitate to consult your local Klüber representative. Mixing of Klüberfood NH1 C 6-150 oil with other incompatible or non-food-grade lubricants should be avoided! For object/chain temperatures up to approx. 160 °C as may result from oven temperatures of approx. 300 °C under certain operating conditions. We recommend sufficient air removal under such conditions.

In addition, ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 152 is compatible with many plastics. ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 152 is primarily used for rolling and plain bearings, for example wheel bearings in racing cars, fan bearings, pump bearings. The grease is also suitable for plastic/ plastic or steel/plastic friction points.

Low-noise rolling bearing grease for long-term lubrication

Application Klüber Klüberquiet BQ 72-72

Klüberquiet BQ 72-72 is suitable for bearings where long service life is required in combination with especially low-noise operation. Such applications include rolling bearings in electric motors, fans, air conditioners, generators and belt tighteners in cars, electric household appliances and office equipment. The product should therefore primarily be used for the long-term or for-life lubrication of capped or sealed bearings. The low-noise characteristics of this rolling bearing grease have been confirmed in various tests performed on special noise test rigs. Tests according to the SKF-BeQuiet+ method showed that Klüberquiet BQ 72-72 can be classified as noise class GN 3. Grease service life tests were conducted on SKF-ROF and FAG-FE9 rolling bearing testers according to DIN 51 821. The results showed long service lives at high temperatures (see product data).

Application Klüber Summit PS 300

Klüber Summit PS oils have been especially designed for the lubrication of screw-type and reciprocating piston compressors. They are used for oil change intervals up to 5,000 operating hours in oil-injected screw-type compressors. Klüber Summit PS oils can be used for compressors that were previously run with conventional mineral oils. These oils are neutral towards most elastomer seals used in air compressors, therefore leakage is not to be expected. Klüber Summit PS oils are used for compressors which do not achieve the desired maintenance intervals when using mineral oils and where the use of fully synthetic oils would be uneconomical due to ingress of contamination or a low number of operating hours per year. Klüber Summit PS 100 can also be used for the lubrication of turbocompressors, whereas Klüber Summit PS 300 and 400 have been especially developed for reciprocating piston compressors. Klüber Summit PS oils offer good oxidation stability due to the synthetic base oil content, thus minimising oxidation residues in the compressors and extending oil change intervals and the service life of oil filters and separators. Special inhibitors contained in the oil keep the inside of compressors clean and ensure a high efficiency.
