Klübersynth G 34-130 is a grease based on a synthetic hydrocarbon oil, mineral oil with a Special calcium soap and polyureas as consistency enhancers. The product is characterized by a wide service temperature range, good wear protection properties and a high resistance to ageing. Klübersynth G 34-130 offers excellent protection against tribocorrosion, has a good adhesion and high water resistance.
For splash lubrication of gears up to approx. 5 m/s circumferential speed as well as for tooth flank greasing up to about 4 m/s. The product can be applied with brush or spatula or via automatic dosing devices can be applied. service temperature range: In general we recommend a service temperature range from about - 30 to 130 °C. Immersion lubrication is possible from approx. - 20 °C possible, the applied lubricating film (e.g. in flank lubrication) is functional down to approx. - 40 °C. Service temperature data are guide values, which are based on the lubricant composition, the intended use and application technology.
