Application UNISILKON F GLK 112

UNISILKON F GLK 112 is primarily used for the lubrication of rubber-metal, plastic-metal or plastic-plastic friction pairings. Possible applications are in slideways, seals (also EPDM), Bowden cables and belt tensioners. In such applications, UNISILKON F GLK 112 reduces friction, thus preventing annoying squeaking noise.

We developed Klübersynth GE 46-1200 on the basis of our long experience in the lubrication of spur, bevel and worm gears. Especially for steel/steel combinations, for example in small and miniature gears, gear motors and power tool gears, Klübersynth GE 46-1200 offers outstanding performance characteristics. Medium peripheral speeds of 4-5 m/s can be effectively handled by this grease. It also provides vibration and noise damping. Klübersynth GE 46-1200 can also be used to optimise the lubrication of ball and roller guides, plain and rolling bearings, and toothed couplings from – 30 to 120 °C. It may even be applied at extreme temperatures down to -50 °C since Klübersynth GE 46-1200 will build up a load-carrying lubricant film at these low temperature conditions.

Klüber Madol 100 Supreme oils lubricate needles, sinkers, couplings, needle cams, cylinders and cylinder bearings of hosiery and flat-bed knitting machines. Klüber Madol 100 Supreme oils are available in the viscosity grades ISO VG 22, 32 and 46 and can therefore be used for hosiery and flat-bed knitting machines. Please observe the machine manufacturer's viscosity recommendations. The oils are tested and approved by leading knitting machine manufacturers.

Application Klüber Summit Varnasolv

Klüber Summit Varnasolv has been especially designed for cleaning screw-type compressors, hydraulic systems, gears and other oil circulating systems like calenders. The conditioner can be used for oils based on mineral oil, synthetic hydrocarbon, ester oil and polyglycol. Using mineral oils in oil-injected screw-type and sliding vane compressors may lead to varnish and carbon buildup in the entire oil circuit or form sticky residues on valves and hot surfaces in hydraulic systems. This often results in increased energy consumption, sticky valves, clogged oil lines and filters and increased downtime due to maintenance. Klüber Summit Varnasolv is a concentrated conditioner fluid which dissolves varnish and carbon buildups during operation and keeps them suspended in the compressor oil. Therefore, it is no longer necessary to dismantle the system for cleaning. The oil containing the residues is completely drained before refilling the unit with fresh oil.

Klübersynth H2 C 2-260 is intended for use on chains exposed to high temperatures in spiral ovens used in bread/bun baking as well as meat/poultry cooking. These chains are exposed to sliding and rolling friction typically prevailing in traditional roller and skate chains and their guide rails. Klübersynth H2 C 2-260 is used for a sustained temperature of 250 °C while still providing a sufficient lubricating film for the rollers, balls, pins and rails.

Application Klüber Wolfraco WF 51 W

WOLFRACO WF 51 W is used for hollow and solid pressing of copper alloys, mixing ratio 1:1 to 1:8, and for hot forming of aluminum, mixing ratio 1:1 to 1:12, as well as for pressure diecasting applications, e.g.  valves and fittings (brass); synchronization rings with internal and external gears (brass); wheel suspensions, suspension arms (aluminum); small garnishes for the furniture industry (brass and aluminum) WOLFACO WF 51 W reduces friction between the die and the formed part even at die temperatures above 300°C. The lubricant film improves the material flowing properties particularly under extreme conditions ensuring the formation of a smooth material surface finish.

Application Klüber Summit TM 15

Klüber Summit TM 15 and Klüber Summit TM 20 were especially developed for the lubrication of oil-injected screwtype compressors. Under normal operating conditions, these oils achieve oil change intervals of up to 3,000* operating hours. Used compressors can be converted from conventional mineral oils to Klüber Summit TM 15 or 20, which are neutral towards most elastomers typically used in air compressors - no leakage is to be expected. Klüber Summit TM oils were developed for compressors where the use of fully synthetic oils is undesirable or where such oils would not make sense economically due to a limited number of operating hours per year. Klüber Summit TM 15 and TM 20 have a synthetic base oil component, providing good resistance to oxidation, reducing the formation of residues in the compressor. The oils contain specific inhibitors to keep compressors clean to improve compressor efficiency. *Normal operating conditions are: discharge temperature max. 85 °C, final discharge pressure max. 8 bar, dry and clean intake air and circulation rate of the oil in the compressor less than 1.5. Klübersynth BM 44-42 is mostly used for the long-term lubrication of actuators and rolling bearings in automotive applications. It was also developed for low-wear idling operation and reliable indexing of free-wheels and override clutches. Klübersynth BM 44-42 shows good adhesion to the lubrication point, improving long-term lubrication especially in uncapped bearings or rotating outer rings.

UNISILKON L 250 L is used as lubricating and sealing grease for – domestic valves & fittings for drinking water, (e.g. ceramic discs and piston cartouches, thermo regulators).
