Application Klüber ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 5051

ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 5051 is used for plain and rolling bearings (e.g. in automotive engineering) and for gas meters. It is also used in small gears, where it reduces the noise produced by the gear wheels. ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 5051 is also suitable for the lubrication of tooth flanks in precision gears (e.g. bevel gears in milling machines, electromechanical actuators for valves). Its good adhesion on smooth surfaces makes it ideal for the running-in lubrication (assembly) of plastic and composite bearings.

UNISILKON L 250 L is used as lubricating and sealing grease for – domestic valves & fittings for drinking water, (e.g. ceramic discs and piston cartouches, thermo regulators). As the lubricant’s viscosity is rather independent of service temperatures, UNISILKON L 250 L allows constant actuating forces within the whole cold/hot water range of e.g. single-lever mixer taps. – valves and fittings of heating installations (e.g. thermoregulators, tap cocks, pressfit seals) UNISILKON L 250 L has also proven effective as assembly aid for radial shaft seals and packings in contact with cold or hot water and steam.

STABURAGS NBU 4 has been used successfully on highspeed rolling bearings exposed to humidity or ambient media. It is suitable for rolls, spindles, cam rollers, tensioning rollers and motors. STABURAGS NBU 12 is efficient on medium-speed rolling bearings subject to humidity or ambient media. It is used on water pumps, wheel bearings and motors; and in the textile industry, on all wet processing equipment such as washing, mercerising and dyeing machines.

STABURAGS NBU 30 has been especially designed for use as sealing grease, for valves and fittings as well as for the lubrication of low-speed rolling and plain bearings subject to humidity, water vapour and aggressive media. Typical applications include bearings in conveyors (load rollers in wet areas), in textile machines for wet processing (festoon steamers, washing machines), and bearings of machines in the food-processing industry. STABURAGS NBU 30 is NSF H2 registered.

We developed Klübersynth GE 46-1200 on the basis of our long experience in the lubrication of spur, bevel and worm gears. Especially for steel/steel combinations, for example in small and miniature gears, gear motors and power tool gears, Klübersynth GE 46-1200 offers outstanding performance characteristics. Medium peripheral speeds of 4-5 m/s can be effectively handled by this grease. It also provides vibration and noise damping. Klübersynth GE 46-1200 can also be used to optimise the lubrication of ball and roller guides, plain and rolling bearings, and toothed couplings from – 30 to 120 °C. It may even be applied at extreme temperatures down to -50 °C since Klübersynth GE 46-1200 will build up a load-carrying lubricant film at these low temperature conditions.

Klüberoil GEM 1 N was specially developed for the lubrication of spur, bevel, hypoid and planetary gears that are subject to high loads. AIRPRESS oils can be used for pneumatic systems, e.g. compressed air appliances, air systems in weaving machines, air tubes and for extending the service life of friction points like cylinders, valves and tappets. These oils are also suitable for the lubrication of spiral cutters removing lint from textiles and for chains or guides. AIRPRESS oils can be used for applications subject to high air humidity and or weak vapours of alkaline and acid solutions. AIRPRESS 15, 32 and 68 have proven effective in gears subject to minor loads and oil-lubricated bearings, e.g. in knitting machines or oil circulation systems, e.g. spherical roller bearings, and for hydraulic systems and components of airless systems.
