UNISILKON L 50/2 is resistant to hot and cold water and water vapour. It is not resistant to most organic solvents, strong acids and alkaline solutions.

ISOFLEX SUPER LDS 18 is suitable for plain and rolling bearings, small, miniature and precision bearings, for precision mechanical and optical equipment and low-temperature applications. It can also be used as an anti-corrosion and anti-wear lubricant in electrical contacts. Properly applied, ISOFLEX SUPER LDS 18 protects against corrosion and oxidation, improves sliding properties and reduces wear, e.g. in sliding contacts and potentiometers.

Application Klüber Klübercut CO 6-102

The emphasis of application is in the range of easy to medium cutting processes, e.g. in – drilling and boring – milling – sawing. Klübercut CO 6-102 is suitable for a number of metals, particularly for – Al and Al alloys – nonferrous metals but also for – steels – composite materials. As Klübercut CO 6-102 is used undiluted, only a very small quantity is required on the friction point, i.e. the point of contact between the tool and the workpiece. Micro-dosing constitutes a technical progress in the direction of environmental compatibility. The advantages include: – only minute oil residue remains on the swarf; the swarf can be directly transferred to the scrap cycle and be re-used; – no disposal of coolants, no separation and disposal of used emulsions; – clearly improved working environment; almost dry machines and components, less oil mist or oil vapour; – improved tool life and surface quality; the undiluted metalworking oil reduces friction and heat generation.

Klüber Summit HySyn oils can be used for oil-injected screwtype compressors, reciprocating piston compressors and centrifugal compressors. Klüber Summit HySyn FG oils are intended for use in compressors of the food-processing and pharmaceutical industry requiring oil-free compressed air (without oil vapour which cannot be removed by the oil separator). Klüber Summit HySyn FG oils can also be used for the lubrication of gears in oil-free screw-type compressors. Owing to their good stability, these oils are also suitable for lowtemperature applications in industrial gears. Furthermore, Klüber Summit HySyn FG 32-46-68 oils are used in chains, particularly those operating at low temperatures, e.g. in freezing tunnels.

Klüberfluid 9 R 100 is particularly suitable for automotive brake components. It can also be used as an anticorrosion agent for steel parts, protecting them while in stock and during transport between production and assembly, with the advantage that it does not have to be removed prior to the fitting of SBR and EPDM elastomer parts. When used as an assembly fluid, Klüberfluid 9 R 100 facilitates the precise joining of individual components and thus supports functional reliability, preventing damage to the seals during fitting. Klüberfluid 9 R 100 is used as an assembly aid, anticorrosion agent and functional lubricant, e.g. to attain the roll-back effect of brake pistons. Its excellent wetting properties in conjunction with high lubricity have a favourable effect on initial friction, especially when metal and elastomer materials are paired.

STABURAGS NBU 4 MF has proven successful for the lubrication of high-speed rolling bearings in rolls, spindles, cam rollers and tensioning rollers. STABURAGS NBU 12 MF is used for highly loaded bearings, e.g. joints, spline shafts, couplings as well as pumps and electric motors, for example in wood drying chambers. TEX SYNTHESO M oils meet the requirements of modern mechanical knitting machines running under different operating conditions. The oils are scourable with conventional washing liquors. TEX SYNTHESO oils lubricate and clean the stitchforming elements like needles, sinkers, needle cams, needle cylinders, dials and sinker rings of knitting machines. Owing to the special product formulation and the additives used, these components are kept clean, thus contributing to a smooth operation of the machines. TEX SYNTHESO M oils can be used for flat-bed and circular knitting machines and are available in different viscosity grades. When selecting the viscosity please observe the machine manufacturer's recommendations.

Klüber Klübersynth BHP 72-102 High-temperature lubricant with extraordinary anticorrosion properties for lifetime lubrication Application Klüber Klübersynth BHP 72-102 Klübersynth BHP 72-102 has been designed for the lifetime lubrication of rolling bearings subject to high loads and alternating temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 200 °C. The product is suitable for the lubrication highly loaded rolling bearings in components close to automobile engines, e.g. bearings viscocouplings, belt tensioners, water pumps, fans, servomotors and similar applications. Klübersynth BHP 72-102 forms a stable grease collar that serves as a lubricant reservoir resistant to vibration and at the same time helps to protect the bearings against contaminants.
