Application Klüber Klübersynth BM 44-42

Klübersynth BM 44-42 is mostly used for the long-term lubrication of actuators and rolling bearings in automotive applications. It was also developed for low-wear idling operation and reliable indexing of free-wheels and override clutches. Klübersynth BM 44-42 shows good adhesion to the lubrication point, improving long-term lubrication especially in uncapped bearings or rotating outer rings.

Klüber Klübersynth BHP 72-102 High-temperature lubricant with extraordinary anticorrosion properties for lifetime lubrication Application Klüber Klübersynth BHP 72-102 Klübersynth BHP 72-102 has been designed for the lifetime lubrication of rolling bearings subject to high loads and alternating temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 200 °C. The product is suitable for the lubrication highly loaded rolling bearings in components close to automobile engines, e.g. bearings viscocouplings, belt tensioners, water pumps, fans, servomotors and similar applications. Klübersynth BHP 72-102 forms a stable grease collar that serves as a lubricant reservoir resistant to vibration and at the same time helps to protect the bearings against contaminants.

ISOFLEX SUPER LDS 18 is suitable for plain and rolling bearings, small, miniature and precision bearings, for precision mechanical and optical equipment and low-temperature applications. It can also be used as an anti-corrosion and anti-wear lubricant in electrical contacts. Properly applied, ISOFLEX SUPER LDS 18 protects against corrosion and oxidation, improves sliding properties and reduces wear, e.g. in sliding contacts and potentiometers.

STRUCTOVIS HD lubricants are used for driving, control and conveyor chains. STRUCTOVIS BHD and BHD 75 S have proven particularly effective for the initial lubrication of steel link chains by the chain manufacturer.

RENISO PG 68

RENISO PG 68 field of applications:

RENISO PG 68 and GL 68 are ultra-dried, synthetic refrigeration oils based on PAG NH3 systems which operate on the principle of direct expansion. They differ in their miscibility with NH3. Suitable for screw and reciprocating piston compressors. RENISO PG 68 and GL 68 are also recommended for the use with hydrocarbon refrigerants.

AeroShell Fluid 31 is a synthetic hydrocarbon based aircraft hydraulic fluid with greatly improved fire resistance characteristics when compared with conventional petroleum products

Application Aeroshell Fluid 31

AeroShell Fluid 31 is recommended for use in aircraft, ordnance, and missile systems operating from –400 C to +2050 C . This fluid should be considered for use in auto pilots, shock absorbers, brakes, flight control systems, hydraulic servo-controlled systems and other systems using synthetic elastomer seals. An increasing number of aircraft manufacturers now recommend use of this type of fluid in aircraft hydraulic systems in preference to mineral hydraulic oils. This move has been prompted by need to use fluids with better fire resistant properties. AeroShell Fluid 31 is also approved for use in the Honeywell (formerly Garrett) cooling turbine (cabin air compressors). Increasingly this type of hydraulic fluid is being adopted for use in hydraulic systems of military aircraft in place of mineral hydraulic fluids. AeroShell Fluid 31 is a synthetic hydrocarbon oil and should not be used in contact with incompatible seal materials. AeroShell Fluid 31 is compatible with AeroShell Fluids 4, 41, 51, 61 and 71 and can be used in systems designed to operate with MIL-PRF-5606, MIL-PRF-6083, MIL-PRF-87257 and MILPRF-46170 fluids. Chlorinated solvents should not be used for cleaning hydraulic components which use AeroShell Fluid 31. The residual solvent contaminates the hydraulic fluid and may lead to corrosion.
