Application Mobil Zerice S 46

Mobil Zerice S products are recommended for all types of refrigeration compressors: piston compressors as well as rotary screw compressors. They are very suitable for refrigerants based on chlorofluorocarbons and, under certain conditions, also with ammonia in compressors of certain manufacturers. Mobil Zerice S products should not be used with sulphur dioxide and R134A refrigerants. The viscosity grade should be selected according to the recommendations of the compressor manufacturer.

Klüber Klüberspeed BF 72-23

High-speed lubricating grease

Application Klüber Klüberspeed BF 72-23

Klüberspeed BF 72-23 is primarily recommended for spindles in milling, grinding and drilling machines and lathes running at very high speeds and high permanent temperatures. Such high speeds are frequently encountered in motor-powered spindle bearings. Klüberspeed BF 72-23 is also suitable for other highspeed bearings as are found in power tools, electric motors, etc. As this grease has a higher mechanical stability than Klüberspeed BF 72-22, it is better suitable for applications involving a vertical or inclined shaft.

Mobil Rarus™ 827

Compressor oil for piston compressors

Main applications of Mobil Rarus ™ 827 are:

• + All types of air compressors, but specifically recommended for a reciprocating air compressor
• + Units that work under severe conditions
• + Multistage units with a history of excessive oil degradation of products based on mineral oil
• + They can be used for the lubrication of cylinders and crankcases
• + Compressor systems with critical gears and bearings
• + Compressors used in stationary and mobile applications

The Mobil Rarus 800 series oils are recommended for single and multi-stage air compressors, but are not recommended for air compressors used in compressed air applications. They are particularly effective for continuously high temperatures with discharge temperatures of up to 200ºC.

Application Aeroshell Fluid 41

AeroShell Fluid 41 is intended as an hydraulic fluid in all modern aircraft applications requiring a mineral hydraulic fluid. AeroShell Fluid 41 is particularly recommended where use of a "superclean" fluid can contribute to improvements in component reliability, and can be used in aircraft systems operating unpressurised between –54°C to 90°C and pressurised between –54°C to 135°C. AeroShell Fluid 41 should be used in systems with synthetic rubber components and must not be used in systems incorporating natural rubber. AeroShell Fluid 41 is compatible with AeroShell Fluids 4, 31, 51, 61 and 71 and SSF/LGF. Chlorinated solvents should not be used for cleaning hydraulic components which use AeroShell Fluid 41. The residual solvent contaminates the hydraulic fluid and may lead to corrosion. Due to its properties, it is also used in several industrial applications.

Application Klüber Klüberpaste HEL 46-450

Screw paste for conventional and high-alloy steels (Cr-Ni steels) up to 1000 °C. Lubricating and assembly paste for connections in hot air ducts (e.g. automotive exhaust systems). For connecting elements in turbochargers and compressors. The test was performed acc. to VW-TL 52112 Bolt: DIN 931-2; Material:1.4989; Nut, material: 1.4923. The nuts were preloaded with 70 Nm and stored at 750 °C for 100 hours. After this period a low release torque was measured.

Application Klüber Summit HySyn FG 15

Klüber Summit HySyn oils can be used for oil-injected screwtype compressors, reciprocating piston compressors and centrifugal compressors. Klüber Summit HySyn FG oils are intended for use in compressors of the food-processing and pharmaceutical industry requiring oil-free compressed air (without oil vapour which cannot be removed by the oil separator). Klüber Summit HySyn FG oils can also be used for the lubrication of gears in oil-free screw-type compressors. Owing to their good stability, these oils are also suitable for lowtemperature applications in industrial gears. ENSIS DW 6055 is a blend of dearomatised solvent, and carefully selected performance additives which provide up to 60 months indoor protection and several months outdoor protection.
