These oils are intended primarily for the lubrication of plain bearings, roller bearings, parallel shaft and bevel gearing. They are suitable as multipurpose lubricants in systems not subject to shock loading and which do not require extreme pressure performance. The Mobil Vacuoline 500 series possess good demulsibility that is retained under conditions of severe water contamination. Mobil Vacuoline 500 series are used in applications using splash, bath and ring oil arrangements and all other application methods involving pumps, valves and auxiliary equipment. They are recommended for use in hydraulic systems where higher viscosity oils are specified. They are particularly resistant to the effects of prolonged high temperature exposure and perform well in circulating systems with short oil residence times. Properties

Macron 400 M-32 is based on hydro treated mineral oil with low aromatic content. A combination of polar, extreme pressure and anti-wear additives provide the oil with high load carrying properties. The oil provides good surface finish of the machined work pieces.

Macron 400 M-32 is free from zinc, chlorine and active sulphur.

Applications

Macron 400 M-32 is a high performance cutting oil for operations on light and medium alloyed steels, aluminium and yellow metals.

Macron 400 M-32 has multipurpose oil characteristics for cutting and hydraulic oil HLP DIN 51524-2 and gear oil CLP DIN 51517-3.

It has a good de-aeration power, does not foam and is not aggressive for the paints on machine tools.

Mobilgrease XHP 460 greases are used in a wide range of equipment including industrial, automotive, construction and marine applications. The blue color of Mobilgrease XHP 461 and 462 enables easy verification of application. With its high, ISO VG 460 base oil viscosity, these greases are recommended for high load applications at slow-to-moderate speeds, including most bearing applications in the paper, construction, and mining industries, as well as off-highway vehicles. Specific applications: Mobilgrease XHP 461 is recommended by ExxonMobil for use in industrial and marine applications, chassis components and farm equipment. Mobilgrease XHP 462 Series is recommended for use in felt roll bearings, wet end bearings, and press section bearings.
