Shell Vacuum Pump Oil S3 RX 100 is suitable for applications where ambient temperatures exceed 0°C and maximum operating temperatures do not exceed 100°C. The vacuum range generally tends to decrease as the operating temperature of the pump increases. Shell Vacuum Pump Oil S3 RX 100 is suitable for vacuum pumps operating between atmospheric pressures of 1 mbar - 10-3 mbar. Shell Vacuum Pump Oil S3 RX 100 is not recommended for use when corrosive gases or chemical vapors are involved in the extraction process.
