ISOFLEX SUPER LDS 18 is suitable for plain and rolling bearings, small, miniature and precision bearings, for precision mechanical and optical equipment and low-temperature applications. It can also be used as an anti-corrosion and anti-wear lubricant in electrical contacts. Properly applied, ISOFLEX SUPER LDS 18 protects against corrosion and oxidation, improves sliding properties and reduces wear, e.g. in sliding contacts and potentiometers.

Klüberlectric BE 44-152 has been designed for the long-term lubrication of rolling bearings in which static electricity may occur, such as electric motors, paper-making machines, copying machines, film-stretching stenters, guides in conveyors and fans. Klüberlectric BE 44-152 has proven efficient for ball and roller bearings subject to a current intensity of approx. 1 Ampere. The electric conductivity of Klüberlectric BE 44-152 has been determined in tests based on DIN 62631-3-1. On the rolling bearing test rig FAG-FE9 acc. to DIN 51 821 and on FAG-FE8 acc. to DIN 51 819, the product showed very good service life and wear protection.

Application Klüber UNISILKON GLK 112

UNISILKON GLK 112 is primarily used for the lubrication of rubber/metal, plastic/metal or plastic/plastic friction pairings. Possible applications are in slideways, seals (also EPDM), Bowden cables. In such applications, UNISILKON GLK 112 reduces friction, prevents squeaking noises and forms a protective layer against atmospheric attack on rubber and plastics. UNISILKON GLK 112 can be used in many components where lifetime lubrication is required.

ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 5051 reliably protects small adjustment gears against wear throughout their service life. It ensures constant and low breakaway torques. The characteristics make ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 5051 especially suitable for the lubrication of seals in pneumatic installations.

Application CASTROL BioTac MP

BioTac MPTM has been developed primarily for use on exposed marine deck applications and combines excellent physical properties that enable resistance to both mechanical shear and water spray-off with an additive system developed to protect exposed components from corrosion, oxidation and the effects of load, friction and wear. BioTac MPTM is intended for use in a wide range of applications including plain bearings, wire ropes and open gears typically found in marine mooring and cargo winches. Furthermore, ramp door bearings, pedestal bearings and cargo hatch rollers are also examples of slow/medium speed marine deck applications for which BioTac MPTM is ideally suited. The combination of thickener and base oil technology enables BioTac MPTM to have a broad operating temperature range of between -35C and +125C.

Klüberlub BE 41-1501 was developed for highly-loaded large rolling bearings running at low speeds as well as toothed gear systems such as industrial and rail traction gear couplings. Typical applications and requirements include: spherical roller bearings in roller presses, bowl mill crushers and rotary crushers in the mining and base materials industries.
