Application Klüber Klüberspeed BF 72-23

Klüberspeed BF 72-23 is primarily recommended for spindles in milling, grinding and drilling machines and lathes running at very high speeds and high permanent temperatures. Such high speeds are frequently encountered in motor-powered spindle bearings. Klüberspeed BF 72-23 is also suitable for other highspeed bearings as are found in power tools, electric motors, etc. As this grease has a higher mechanical stability than Klüberspeed BF 72-22, it is better suitable for applications involving a vertical or inclined shaft.

Application Klüber Klüberpaste HEL 46-450

Screw paste for conventional and high-alloy steels (Cr-Ni steels) up to 1000 °C. Lubricating and assembly paste for connections in hot air ducts (e.g. automotive exhaust systems). For connecting elements in turbochargers and compressors. The test was performed acc. to VW-TL 52112 Bolt: DIN 931-2; Material:1.4989; Nut, material: 1.4923. The nuts were preloaded with 70 Nm and stored at 750 °C for 100 hours. After this period a low release torque was measured.

Klübersynth BM 44-42 is mostly used for the long-term lubrication of actuators and rolling bearings in automotive applications. The product is suitable for the lubrication highly loaded rolling bearings in components close to automobile engines, e.g. bearings viscocouplings, belt tensioners, water pumps, fans, servomotors and similar applications.
