Mobil Super 3000 XE 5W-30 is specially recommended by ExxonMobil for use in:
- Mercedes passenger cars and light commercial vehicles or vans. This motor oil is also recommended for many Volkswagen, Opel and Ford passenger cars, light commercial vehicles or vans requiring ACEA C3 and/or API SN
- Gasoline and Diesel with Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) & Catalytic Convertors.

Mobil Super 3000 Formula V 0W-30 wird für moderne turboaufgeladene und direkt einspritzende Benzin- oder Dieselmotoren empfohlen, die mit Abgasnachbehandlungssystemen ausgestattet sind (entsprechend Euro 6, Euro 5 und Euro 4). Es trägt die Freigaben VW 504 00 / VW 507 00 und Porsche C30 für die Verwendung in VAG-Fahrzeugen ab dem Jahr 2000, die Öl mit verlängerten Serviceintervallen (30.000 km / 2 Jahre gemäß dem Handbuch des Fahrzeugbesitzers) vorschreiben.
Mobil Super 3000 Formula V 0W-30 wird auch für japanische und koreanische Fahrzeuge empfohlen, die ein niedrigaschiges ACEA C3 / SAE xW-30 Motorenöl vorschreiben.
