RENOFORM HBO 962/2 field of applications:

RENOFORM HBO 962/2 is applied to the workpieces to be formed by spraying, brushing or rolling. The workpieces produced with RENOFORM HBO 962/2 can be degreased with aqueous alkaline media. We recommend the use of RENOCLEAN industrial cleaners.

HOUGHTON HOCUT 5019

Water soluble metalworking fluid

Application HOUGHTON HOCUT 5019

HOCUT 5019 is recommended for grinding of cemented tungsten carbide tools where cobalt is used as a binder. The synthetic formula contains a special additive package to prevent dissolution of cobalt by the coolant also contains polymer lubricity additives to improve wheel life and prevent dry evaporation residues on machines. A minimum concentration of 5% is recommended.

Houghton MWS Additive AF 2290

MWS Additive AF 2290 is an effective defoamer for water-containing mineral oils and mineral oil-free cooling lubricants. 

Properties

MWS Additive AF 2290 is usually at a concentration of 0.01 - 0.02% . 

Before each new addition is necessary to wait until a thorough mixing has occurred.

The defoamers should be added as long as until a sufficient foam collapse occurred (use concentration max. 0.05%). 

The defoamer is premixed with water or used as an emulsion.

CASTROL Iloform PN 403

Chlorine free vanishing oil

Application CASTROL Iloform PN 403

Iloform PN 403 is specially formulated for use in light duty sheet metal stamping operations where very low residues are required, in most cases eliminating the need for inter process cleaning. It is specifically suitable for stamping of low to medium collar height aluminium fins, in the refrigeration industry and shows excellent compatibility with the industries special requirements.

Houghton Sitala A 400

A new generation of amine and boric acid-free water-miscible metalworking fluids, recommended for general machining on a wide range of metals including all kind of Aluminium alloys.

SITALA A 400 is a medium duty emulsifiable, boron and amine-free metalworking fluid forming a stable macroemulsion based on high quality mineral oil and polar lubricity additives.

Applications:

SITALA A 400 is recommended for medium machining and grinding operations on a wide range of material including, cast iron, low to medium alloyed steels and aluminium. A non-staining, low alkalinity formula also makes it suitable for machining yellow metals.

The product is designed for soft to medium hardness and for use in single sump machines.

It is not normally used in large central systems.

Application CASTROL Iloform PS 158

Iloform PS 158 is specially formulated for use in single die and progressive die presses for medium duty deep drawing applications. It is suitable for use on steels, aluminium and aluminium alloys. Iloform PS 158 can be used as supplied or used diluted in water to a minimum concentration of 20%v/v oil to water, for less difficult operations. Forms a stable milky white emulsion in water.
