Castrol Honilo 971 has been specially developed for honing, finishing, fine turning, fine boring, deep-hole drilling, slot milling, sawing, and even glass machining. It is also highly suitable for wire drawing operations.

This product range is designed to deliver the finest surface finishes, standing out among similar products for its superior performance characteristics. Its excellent flushing capability and easy chip removal are particularly important for high-precision operations.

Castrol Honilo 971 remains clear and transparent even during long-term use and offers exceptional resistance to oxidation and aging. Its outstanding cooling performance ensures low operating temperatures, allowing extremely tight machining tolerances to be maintained.

The carefully selected activation package provides optimal tool life, even under the most demanding machining conditions. Its superior flushing action enables operations with very fine honing stones without clogging.

Castrol HLP-D fluids contain detergency additives which maintain dirt and oil oxidation products in suspension, preventing them from settling out and forming deposits which could impair the free operation of valves, leading to erratic system operation. Machine tool manufacturer's are increasingly specifying HLP-D fluids such as Hyspin HVI 46 D, having recognised their advantages in increased system reliability.

Application CASTROL SPHEEROL LC

Due to its high load carrying capacity and its water resistance Spheerol LZ is suited for the universal use in building site operations and in all transport devices. In addition it can be used in machines of the agricultural and forestry sector and also for demanding grease lubrication points in industrial gearboxes. Spheerol LZ is particularly suited for highly loaded rolling and plain bearings in a wet and dusty environment (e.g. universal joints, wheel hubs, sprockets, steering racks, etc.). The temperature range for this grease lies between - 20 °C and + 120 °C (for a short time even 130°C).

PLANTOHYD 40 N

Environmentally compatible hydraulic and lubricating oils based on natural raw materials, type HETG according to ISO 15380, for mobile and stationary hydraulic equipment

PLANTOHYD 40 N field of applications:

PLANTOHYD 32 N resp. PLANTOHYD 40 N can be used in mobile and stationary hydraulic equipment for which an ISO VG 32 resp. ISO VG 46 hydraulic oil is recommended. The change-over guidelines according to ISO 15380 have to be observed when converting a system to PLANTOHYD N. Repair paints and paints which are not based on 2-component-systems might not be compatible with mineral oil as well as natural raw materials like PLANTOHYD N. The PLANTOHYD N products perform best at tank temperatures between 50 und 60°C. Recommended operating temperature range: -27°C to +70°C.
