Techniclean MP 2 is a multi-purpose process cleaner for precision cleaning of most metals, even sensitive aluminium alloys. It cleans to the most demanding specifications in a wide range of modern equipment, which includes spray and intensive flood wash as well as all types of dip and ultrasonic applications. Techniclean MP 2 effectively removes soluble oils, light duty neat cutting or forming oils, lubrication oils, soft film corrosion preventives, swarf and general dirt.

Application CASTROL Performance Bio HE 32

Performance Bio HE is intended for use in all hydraulic systems, where there is a risk that leaking fluid will contaminate ground water and the sewage system, such as in earthmoving machinery, refuse collection lorries, agricultural and forestry machinery, rail vehicles, presses and wrapping machines. Thanks to the carefully selected base oil, it can be used up to +120 °C. The viscosity index has a high value which means that the viscosity of the product depends relatively little on the temperature. The environmentally friendly nature, measured according to the CEC L-33-A-93 test is >90%. Performance Bio HE is not miscible with water. Performance Bio HE is miscible with hydraulic fluids based on mineral oil and vegetable or synthetic esters. Nevertheless, when switching from mineral oil based hydraulic fluids to Performance Bio HE it is recommended to empty the system completely as mixing with mineral oil reduces biodegradability and may lead to foaming problems. Performance Bio HE meets the requirements according to VDMA 24568 for a HEES (Hydraulic Environmental Ester Synthetic).

Calibration Oil 4113 is a calibration and storage oil for diesel fuel injectors, conforming fully with ISO 4113 and Lucas CAV 7-10-106 (now obsolete) specifications. The rust preventative properties of this oil are such that, without cleaning of the equipment after calibration, proper functioning of the equipment is ensured after one years storage in normal conditions. Whilst Calibration Oil 4113 contains no harmful additives it is a light mineral oil and will have a de-fatting effect upon unprotected skin. Use of a barrier cream or otherprotection is recommended when in contact with this product.

The Tribol GR 100 PD Range can be used for long term lubrication even under the most difficult operating conditions such as extreme pressure, vibrations, shock loads and a wide temperature range (-35°C to 140°C / -31°F to 284°F) in highly loaded rolling and sliding bearings. Typical applications include bearings of spinning and grinding spindles, gear motors exposed to shock loads, screening / wood shaping machines and bearing surfaces of printing plates. These greases are also suitable for bearings with a rotating outer ring and undergoing high stresses due to centrifugal load. Examples are spreader rolls, roll neck bearings in steel mills, and bearings with changing rotational directions or slewing movements.
