Ensis DW 162 explanation and use

Houghton Rust Veto DW 162 ™ is a solvent-based rust inhibitor, dilutes water (de-watering) and leaves virtually no waxy film layer on metal surfaces. The product protects metal parts from the corrosive effects of moisture, air, detergents and other contaminants. Rust Veto DW 162 leaves an almost invisible film after evaporation of the solvent. Rust Veto DW 162 can easily be removed with alkaline or solvent-based cleaners.

Rust Veto DW 162 can also be used to extend the life of existing bath dehumidification fluid. Rust Veto DW 162 is a high-quality anticorrosive agent with fast water-displacing properties. Effective in neutralizing fingerprints.

Rest Veto DW 162 can be applied by dipping or spraying.

Rust Veto DW 162 is used where high opacity and excellent short-term corrosion protection is required.

Storage

The product should preferably be stored indoors or at least under cover in a clean and dry environment and should be protected from frost. The recommended temperature for storage is 5 - 35 C. Apply FIFO (first in, first out) principle to products in stock. The maximum recommended storage period is 24 months.
