Total Multis ZS 000 is used in the paper machine due to its excellent properties that reduce friction and extend machine life. The lubricant has high viscosity and stickiness, which makes it stick well to the metal surfaces of the machine. It also has excellent anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties, which helps reduce wear and prevent rust on the machine's metal parts. In addition, the lubricant is compatible with other lubricants used in the paper machine, ensuring reliable machine operation.
Total Multis ZS 000 is usually applied to the paper machine using lubricant distributors. These dispensers ensure even distribution of the lubricant over the metal surfaces of the machine. The lubricant can also be applied manually using a lubricant brush or a spray bottle. It is important to follow the paper machine manufacturer's recommendations for the correct application of the lubricant.
