Yes, Shell Helix Ultra Professional AV-L 0W-30 can handle long drain intervals if your engine is suitable, of course. Did your car previously have a worse brand? Then OlieOnline recommends that the first time you use Shell Helix Ultra Professional AV-L 0W-30 you do not immediately keep to the long drain interval. Your engine will then remove contamination the first time and with this old contamination we do not recommend the first time to keep to this extended refreshment period.
