Pallet import procedure

It is no rocket sience so please read this page well before ordering. We want to be transparent and prepare you for a smooth import of pallets.

This is what the pallet import process looks like:

The broker will contact the importer for power of attorney or, if necessary, your designated broker.
It is important that you as customer deal with his request with priority!

As soon as the shipment actually arrives at our broker, and has not been cleared through customs for whatever reason, it will be removed from our trailer, this will also be communicated with the final commuting costs. If the shipment then sits at our broker for a full week because it has not cleared customs for whatever reason, I will contact you again and let you know that the storage charges will take effect the next business day.

We are not involved in this process so make sure you follw the instructions from our broker.
