MEISSELPASTE field of applications:

MEISSELPASTE is a special paste for socket tools and bushings of hyraulic and pneumatic hammers manufactured by, e.g. Krupp, Montabert, Rammer, Indeco, etc., with hammer weights between 75 and 6,000 kg. MEISSELPASTE is also suitable for use under water and at high temperatures.

Environmentally acceptable hydraulic fluid and lubricating oil based on saturated synthetic esters

PLANTOSYN 68 HVI field of applications:

PLANTOSYN HVI oils are rapidly biodegradable synthetic saturated ester oils. They can be used in all applications in mobile and stationary hydraulic units where the use of biodegradable synthetic ester based hydraulic oil according to ISO 15380 HEES is recommended. The PLANTOSYN HVI products should be used where oil leakage or oil spillage will give a soil or water pollution. PLANTOSYN HVI products can be used as an alternative to conventional HLP/HM hydraulic oils. The changing over procedures according ISO 15380 have to be observed.

High-performance EP long-term grease, extraordinarily resistant to water

LAGERMEISTER 3000 PLUS field of applications:

LAGERMEISTER 3000 PLUS is especially suitable as long-term grease for all plain and roller bearings subjected to high dynamic loads, e.g. in industrial, construction and agricultural machines. Its long fibers combined with its good adhesion allow a long grease life and thus long relubrication intervals.

High temperature bearing grease

Application CASTROL Spheerol™ BNS 2

Spheerol BNS 2 is suitable for the lubrication of bearings at high temperatures, such as soot blower bearings, in carriages for hardening, drying in tunnel ovens, also in bearings of bitumen mixing plants, cranes in foundries, etc. Spheerol BNS 2 can be used at a temperature range of -20ºC to +150ºC, and for short periods at a temperature range of up to +220ºC. Frequent re-greasing or grease change should be considered subject to application requirements.

RENISO PG 68 field of applications:

RENISO PG 68 and GL 68 are ultra-dried, synthetic refrigeration oils based on PAG NH3 systems which operate on the principle of direct expansion. They differ in their miscibility with NH3.
