Mobil Polyrex EM greases are recommended by many major bearing and electric motor manufacturers for long-life lubrication of electric motor ball and roller bearings. Mobil Polyrex EM 103 is more specifically recommended for applications such as vertically mounted bearings, or very large motors where a stiffer grease consistency may be required by the OEM. Mobil Polyrex EM greases have been shown to be compatible with a number of ExxonMobil lithium complex greases, as well as competitive electric motor mineral polyurea products, as determined by the methodology of ASTM D6185. Product Description Mobilgard ADL 40

Mobilgard ADL Series by ExxonMobil is a high performance family of increased dispersancy engine oils for high BMEP medium and high-speed diesel engines operating on distillate and MDO fuels. These advanced diesel lubricants are available in both SAE 30 and 40 grades to suit most marine engine viscosity requirements. As a result of a special balance of detergent and dispersant properties these oils provide not only increased resistance to cylinder liner lacquer formation in severe service applications, but also assist in sludge and deposit removal. Use of Mobilgard ADL Series oils avoids high oil consumption associated with cylinder liner lacquering, improves overall engine cleanliness and can increase time between engine overhauls. Superior load carrying properties minimise piston ring and liner wear, and also make Mobilgard ADL Series lubricants suitable for marine gearing applications.

These oils are intended primarily for the lubrication of plain bearings, roller bearings, parallel shaft and bevel gearing. They are suitable as multipurpose lubricants in systems not subject to shock loading and which do not require extreme pressure performance. The Mobil Vacuoline 500 series possess good demulsibility that is retained under conditions of severe water contamination. Mobil Vacuoline 500 series are used in applications using splash, bath and ring oil arrangements and all other application methods involving pumps, valves and auxiliary equipment. They are recommended for use in hydraulic systems where higher viscosity oils are specified. They are particularly resistant to the effects of prolonged high temperature exposure and perform well in circulating systems with short oil residence times.
