Product Description Klüber Unisilkon TK 055
UNISILKON TK 055 is a phenylmethyl silicone oil for the lubrication of sintered metal plain bearings at both high and low temperature. Due to its extraordinary formulation including matching additives, UNISILKON TK 055 can be used in a wide temperature range. With its superior viscosity-temperature behaviour, UNISILKON TK 055 is the obvious choice for the lifetime lubrication of sintered metal plain bearings subject to strong temperature fluctuations.

Application notes
The pores of sintered metal plain bearings are filled with UNISILKON TK 055 by means of vacuum immersion. For a longer service life, the ready-to-use product MIKROZELLA GTK 055 can be applied to the outer surface of the bearing by means of conventional, fully automatic lubricating systems. We recommend conducting a test with the original lubricating system under practical operating conditions.
