Application Klüber Tyreno Fluid WA-70V
General-purpose working fluid for oil-sealed vacuum pumps extracting air, noble gases, but not oxygen. The product is very suitable for thin-layer processes, such as CVD/PVD etc. The final pump pressure of approx. 10–3 mbar measured in double-stage mechanical pumps.
