Application Klüber Paraliq P 100
For all oil-lubricated friction points in the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries, e.g. gears, bearings, chains, spindles, joints. PARALIQ P 68 is also suitable for deep-drawing of aluminium foils. PARALIQ P 1500 can also be used for the lubrication of lifting, drive and conveyor chains.

Product Description Klüber Paraliq P 100
PARALIQ P 68, P 100, P 150, P 460 and P 1500 are lubricating oils based on medically pure oils in accordance with European pharmacopeia (medical white oil). These oils are NSF H1 registered and therefore comply with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricants were developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The use of PARALIQ P 68, P 100, P 150, P 460 and P 1500 can contribute to increase reliability of your production processes. We nevertheless recommend conducting an additional risk analysis, e.g. HACCP.

Application notes
The oils can be applied by means of brush, oil feeder or automatic lubrication systems. When applied in automatic lubrication systems please observe the maximum viscosity specified by the machine manufacturer. For chain lubrication, PARALIQ P 1500 can be dispersed with approx. 50 % special boiling point gasoline, e.g. 80/110.
