Klübertemp GR AR 555 is used in numerous sectors of industry and a wide variety of components operating at high temperatures. Application examples: – Corrugated roll bearings in corrugators – Seals – Conveyors – Clean room equipment and semiconductor technology – Vacuum applications Behaviour towards elastomers and plastics: Lubricants based on perfluorinated polyether oils and polytetrafluoroethylene are generally regarded as neutral towards most elastomers and plastics (exception: perfluorinated rubber). Nevertheless we recommend testing compatibility with the material to be used, especially prior to series application.

Product Description Klüber Klübertemp GR AR 555
Klübertemp GR AR 555 is a white, homogeneous long-term grease based on a perfluorinated polyether oil (PFPE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Klübertemp GR AR 555 offers good corrosion protection and high evaporation stability especially for high-temperature applications.

Application notes
For optimum lubrication results, we recommend cleaning the friction points with white spirit 180/210 followed by Klüberalfa XZ 3-1. Then blow the surfaces with clean, dry compressed air or hot air to remove solvent residues. For initial lubrication, the friction points must be clean and bright, i.e. free from oil, grease, perspiration and contamination. Klübertemp GR AR 555 is applied directly or by means of brush, spatula or lubricant dispenser.
