Klübersynth CEH 2-100 can be used for transport and conveyor chains operating at high temperatures, e.g. during production of insulating materials. The lubricant design is aimed at applications involving high loads temperatures. Avoid ignition sources as the product's flash point is at approx. 230 °C. For oven temperatures above 230 °C, automatic fire extinguishing systems should be provided. Especially for insulating materials of high density (grade 5), this HT chain oil can effectively support reliable production processes.

Klübersynth CEH 2-100 is a high-temperature (HT) chain oil containing selected EP/AW additives for reliable lubrication.
Klübersynth CEH 2-100 can be applied by means of commercial lubricating equipment that is suitable for ester oils of ISO VG 100 grade. Klübersynth CEH 2-100 forms a pastelike, brushable residue that is dissolved by continuous relubrication. In the case of contact with elastomers and plastics their resistance to Klübersynth CEH 2-100 has to be checked.
