Ultra High Performance ATF for use in automatic transmissions as well as other ATF applications. Licensed according to DEXRON III (H). Improved low-temperature shifting compared to DEXRON II.

TITAN ATF 4000 field of applications:

TITAN ATF 4000 is miscible and compatible with conventional branded gear oils. However, mixing with other gear oils should be avoided in order to fully utilize the product’s benefits. RENOLIT S 2

RENOLIT S 2 field of applications:

Due to its low dynamic friction, RENOLIT S 2 is recommended for the lubrication of small, high-speed rolling and plain bearings, even precision bearings, if the operating speed is higher than the speed limit for grease lubrication specified by the rolling bearing manufacturer, even at low and very different temperatures.

GLEITMO 805

White high-performance paste for long-term lubrication under extreme conditions and for assembly

GLEITMO 805 field of applications:

GLEITMO 805 can be used for machine elements of all types, simultaneously subject to extreme pressures, shock loads and vibratory or oscillatory movements. For paired sliding surfaces which have a tendency to stick-slip and seizure. For low sliding speeds and high pressures, if fretting corrosion occurs.

GLEITMO 805 method of applications:

Clean the surfaces if possible and apply GLEITMO 805 with a brush or a lint-free cloth. Otherwise, application as usual for greases.

RENOCAL FN 745/94

Calcium based general purpose grease applicable for operating temperature not exceeding 60°C.

RENOCAL FN 745/94 field of applications:

RENOCAL FN 745/94 is used for first-fill of central lubricating systems and distributors. ANTICORIT VCI UNI O 40 field of applications:

ANTICORIT VCI UNI O 40 is a VCI corrosion prevention oil (concentrate) which is miscible with gasoline, mineral and synthetic oils and diesel. It burns without forming ashes, therefore it is typically not necessary to remove the ANTICORIT VCI UNI O 40 when the tanks/gears are used again.

RENOLIT CX-HT 0 field of applications:

RENOLIT CX-HT 0 is used for the lubrication of high loaded, low speed plain and roller bearings, open gears and gear wheels. RENOLIT CX-HT 0 is usable in a wide temperature range, does not drip off in summer, and does not harden at low ambient temperature.

GLEITMO 585 M

Heavy-duty paste with white solid lubricants

GLEITMO 585 M field of applications:

GLEITMO 585 M is used for heavy-duty bearings and lubrication points of all types. It is also suitable for lubrication points subject to the risk of fretting corrosion or exposed to oscillatory movements or vibration. GLEITMO 585 M is excellently suited for the lubrication of universal-joint shafts. Owing to the white coloration, GLEITMO 585 M is also used in applications involving clean conditions, amongst others in textile and paper processing as well as filling and packaging machines.

GLEITMO 585 M method of applications:

If used in roller bearings fill up the free space in bearing and housing only to approximately 30 to 50 % with GLEITMO 585 M. Regarding bearings which only rotate very slowly the housing can be filled entirely with GLEITMO 585 M. GLEITMO 585 M can be pumped with automatic lubrication devices. RENOLIN PG 220 field of applications:

The RENOLIN PG gear oils are mainly suitable for the lubrication of gear units and worm gears / roller bearings and friction bearings which are subject to high mechanical and thermal stress. RENOLIN PG oils offer advantages compared with mineral oil-based gear oils especially in applications with high sliding velocities (e.g. worm gear units). Due to the high oxidation stability, the oil change intervals can be extended and the maintenance costs can be reduced at higher operating temperatures. The use of RENOLIN PG in worm gears (steel-bronze pairing) leads to a significant reduction of friction and wear. The RENOLIN PG products can also be used for paper machines, calendars, conveying machines and milling bearings. Peak temperatures of up to 200ºC are temporarily tolerable.

GLEITMO 810

White paste for assembly and re-lubrication of highly loaded machine elements

GLEITMO 810 field of applications:

GLEITMO 810 is used for assembly and relubrication of machine elements (not for roller bearings) which are subjected to high pressure, shock loads and vibrating or oscillating movements. To reduce friction and wear at high and low loads. Against fretting corrosion and stick-slip and to prevent seizing of stainless steel connections. Wherever cleanliness is vital: Household appliances, textile, office, filling and packaging machines, hinges and fittings of many different types.

GLEITMO 810 method of applications:

Apply GLEITMO 810 to the surface (which should be clean if possible) using a rigid brush or a lint-free cloth. Otherwise it can also be applied using grease guns or grease feed devices, as usual with greases.

PLANTOSYN 68 HVI

Environmentally acceptable hydraulic fluid and lubricating oil based on saturated synthetic esters

PLANTOSYN 68 HVI field of applications:

PLANTOSYN HVI oils are rapidly biodegradable synthetic saturated ester oils. They can be used in all applications in mobile and stationary hydraulic units where the use of biodegradable synthetic ester based hydraulic oil according to ISO 15380 HEES is recommended. The PLANTOSYN HVI products should be used where oil leakage or oil spillage will give a soil or water pollution. PLANTOSYN HVI products can be used as an alternative to conventional HLP/HM hydraulic oils. The changing over procedures according ISO 15380 have to be observed.
